Turkey is accelerating development of the Bayraktar KIZILELMA unmanned combat aircraft as part of its broader push toward advanced indigenous aerospace capability. Designed for carrier-capable and high-speed operations, the jet-powered drone combines stealth-inspired shaping, autonomous mission capability, and air-to-air as well as air-to-ground strike functionality. The platform is expected to operate alongside manned fighter aircraft in future loyal wingman roles while supporting intelligence, surveillance, and precision strike missions.
