Elbit Systems’ FUSE has introduced Dominion-X, an AI-enabled operating system designed to coordinate large numbers of autonomous aircraft and ground vehicles in real time. The concept is intended to provide distributed control over autonomous assets by allowing them to share mission information through a common battlefield network.Dominion-X enables connected unmanned platforms to exchange operational data and participate in coordinated missions rather than functioning as isolated systems. By creating a shared digital environment, the technology is aimed at improving coordination between multiple autonomous assets operating across different parts of the battlefield.A central feature is support for manned-unmanned teaming. Dominion-X can connect autonomous platforms with maneuvering formations and crewed military vehicles, allowing unmanned systems to contribute to operations without requiring armed forces to redesign existing formations or replace established command structures.
