A new partnership has emerged between BAE Systems Hägglunds and Iveco Defence Vehicles, focusing on introducing the BvS10 all-terrain armored vehicle to the Italian Armed Forces. The companies signed an agreement to collaborate on offering a customized version of the BvS10 suited to Italy’s unique defense needs.
This partnership aims to produce and adapt the vehicle domestically, strengthening Italy’s defense industrial base. Both parties plan to draw from their combined knowledge and previous project successes in European defense programs to ensure a high-quality solution. The BvS10 is a battle-proven platform, already in service with several NATO countries and trusted in diverse operational environments.
