France has completed the delivery of 39 VAB armored personnel carriers to the Lebanese Armed Forces, reinforcing Lebanon’s ground mobility and defense readiness. The handover, conducted at Beirut’s port, reflects France’s continued support for regional stability. Although originally developed in the 1980s, the VAB platforms remain effective for troop transport and operational missions.
