Sweden has signed a contract with Teledyne Marine to procure Gavia autonomous underwater vehicles for mine detection and seabed mapping missions. Valued at 190 million SEK ($17 million), the agreement runs through 2028 with an option for extension. The AUVs will help the Swedish Navy enhance sonar imaging and underwater reconnaissance operations.
