Brazil has unveiled its first domestically assembled Gripen E fighter jet at Embraer’s facility, marking a milestone in its aerospace capabilities. Built in collaboration with Saab, the aircraft is part of a 2014 deal for 36 jets. The program includes extensive technology transfer, allowing local production and skill development. The new jet will undergo testing before entering service with the Brazilian Air Force, strengthening national defense autonomy.
